At Terra Outdoor Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury outdoor furniture. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit; please note that items not in original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For oversized patio sets, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience, while smaller accessories can be sent back via our provided prepaid shipping labels.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned pieces to verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking costs, within 7-10 business days.
